Search compatibility with Events Calendar

I was using search and filter pro and had to utilize Events Calendar plugin because of the map search feature. I’m unable to filter by taxonomy/category with Events calendar search. I’m wondering if it’s possible to utilize search and filter’s ability to search taxonomy/category along with Events Calendar’s search results?

Here’s the page in question that I would want to add a search and filter pro bar possibly under the current search bar so it would have both filters working together:

You wish to perform a search in Events Calendar and then feed these to our plugin to further refine?

I do not think this is possible with the current version of our plugin, but, if you want me to, I can make this a feature request for V3. Sorry, I have no ETA, but this would be unlikely to appear in V3.0, more likely 3.1 or 3.2, if we can do it.
