OK. I have found the problem. You had two ‘Products’ post types selected in the form. I have deselected the first one:

When I examined the actual post type for the first ‘Products’ checkbox, it is actually called asp-products.

That is not WooCommerce products. It is this that was confusing your theme.

The only problem is, I don’t know which plugin made that post type, nor if it has any posts?

Now search results from the widget over S&F form seems to show correctly. But I don’t know why when I use the search widget located in the main menu then results gets lost. I mean, when I write the search word automatically find the products that match with the search like in this screenshot: https://www.ia-incosmetics.com/wp-content/uploads/2019/11/resultados-busqueda.jpg, but when I clik the magnifier icon the results gets lost like in this screenshot: https://www.ia-incosmetics.com/wp-content/uploads/2019/11/enter-no-resultado.png.

Fixed!!! The problem was this modification I made before as support team suggested me.
“Try to edit plugins/et-core-plugin/inc/customizer-builder/templates/header/parts/search.php and change https://prnt.sc/ptteyw to https://prnt.sc/pttf8h”
Once I undid that, both search boxed are working fine.
