Good morning,
I’m using search and filter pro for a client, everything worked find until few days ago (I create the forms in august 2018). When The search result says “No result found” (Aucun résultat trouvé in french) instead of the results.
I tried to create new form and rebuild the cache, the issue is still there.
The content comes from custom post type made with pods. When I test it with pages or posts, it works. The only major change with the website is the fact that we switch from a domain name to an other few weeks ago. (I made the change for the licence in my account)
Here is several pages where search filter is used and where I have the same issue

In advance thank you
Jérémy
Trevor(Private) May 23, 2019 at 1:00 pm #212215How long has Polylang been installed and activated on the site, are you sure when the issue started?
See these instructions:

This part does not appear to have been done:
Anonymous(Private) May 23, 2019 at 8:00 pm #212321Good morning, Thanks for your feedback.
Polylang was installed first, months before search and filter. It was working perfectly fine. I’m exactly sure when it started, what I know for sure, It was working before we switch the url (the dev url to live) the website didn’t move, only the domain name has changed.
I’m gonna check the documentation you send me.
Anonymous(Private) May 26, 2019 at 8:01 pm #212536Good morning again.
After some tests, I think I have found the cause of the issue
All the custom posts that doesn’t show any result aren’t link to polylang. The reason is : the content is the same for each languages. What I don’t understand is : why it worked before but not anymore ?
MY next question is : do you have any guess how can tell to search and filter to take all the results no matter what’s the language?
Thanks
Trevor(Private) May 28, 2019 at 4:54 pm #212644Ah, I see. Once Polylang is installed and activated, our plugin expects translations of posts and terms (taxonomy and custom field). I believe that you can set Polylang not to automatically translate, but it still must actually duplicate the post in each language, even if the content is not translated.
I suspect that to be the issue and solution.
Anonymous(Private) June 3, 2019 at 10:28 pm #213190Hello,
For the feedback. I didn’t had to duplicate the posts.
Here is what I did :
– I assigned the french language on everything.
– I created a function to force the use of the french language on the others pages (nl for ie) where the search and filter is used. And it’s working perfectly fine, you can close the topic.
Thanks for your help !
