Scroll window to function doesn’t seem to be working

I’m using S&F Pro in Elementor and everything’s going swimmingly, but I can’t seem to get the ‘Scroll window to’ function to work. My search form is about 1/4 down the page on https://rdusdev3.wpengine.com/news/ — and here’s a screen grab of my settings: https://www.screencast.com/t/sHDItI4COCCh

If I run a query and manually tack on my selector, the page does indeed jump down — eg https://rdusdev3.wpengine.com/news/?_sft_category=blockchain#downtoresults — it’s just not happening automatically, as it seems it should.

I guess I must have the settings wrong, somehow, eh?

I am not sure why that is not working, but I can see that you are using Elementor Pro and their Posts widget. You should be using our new extension we have for Elementor Pro, which you can download (if you are logged in) from top of the guide page (which shows how it should be used, which is different to how we used to integrate with Elementor Pro):

Following those instructions should keep the results on the same page as the form, so you can use Ajax to stay on the page without reloading.

Ah, thanks so much — I did have the extension installed, but I hadn’t read those instructions and I did indeed have my settings wrote — all good now. Thanks again!
