    Hey,

    Installed S&F Pro on a new website.
    Upon activating, it tells me “The caching tables are missing – click here to create them” and gets me to a white page after that. I read a bit on the support that it has to do with the database. If it is, then I’m screwed cause the SQL admin of the customer is really bad.
    On the other hand I installed a search form + result grid with visual composer (same process than my previous website) and no results are showing. Is it due to this DB bug?

    Again if yes then I can’t do anything. In that case, is it doable to get a refund?

    Are you saying that you cannot access the SQL database to add the missing tables (because after you do that, all should work)? There is a plugin called ARI Adminer that should allow you such access from within WordPress.
