    Hello,

    We have a high end travel agents website site using the S&R plug-in.
    http://www.private-travel.co

    It has the following problems.

    Italy has 95 properties in the portfolio, however it only displays a handful of them on this link… http://www.private-travel.co/italy

    Similarly, France has 82 properties. However this link fails to load any of them…
    http://www.private-travel.co/france

    The plug-in version running is 2.3.2, Attempting to run an update results in the message; Update Failed: Download failed. Unauthorized

    Hi Trevor

    We’ve never been able to update the plug-in, if you remember the update process didn’t work the last time we tried to do it which was almost a year ago.

    However, we’re happy to pay for a new license if that’s going to help, we’ll do that now.

    Hello,

    License renewed. Although we notice its been applied to our staging domain and not the actual site.

    Attempting to ‘Deactivate’ the staging site doesn’t appear to do anything. Assuming we need to deactivate before we can reactivate onto… private-travel.co

    All changes to the account take a few minutes to take effect. Take a look after about 15 minutes?

    Hello,

    Succesfully de-activated our staging domain.

    Added correct URL clicked ‘Add Site’ message now displays…

    Error: This license is at its activation limit. Deactivate a site before adding a new one.

    UPDATE..

    Plug-in successfully updated.

    Problem still exists.
