    Is it possible for you to make a new page, and build a results grid on it, using the page builder?

    Ah, build any grid you want. Then put a code or text block above the grid element like this:

    [searchandfilter id="1234" action="filter_next_query"] where the ID you change to that of your form.

    Then, in the form design itself, change the Display Results method to Custom and enter the full URL of the results page. See if the form and grid work together then.
