It looks like something in the theme is overriding our filters.
I can see that the theme is somewhat complex in construction, so it could be anywhere in the theme.
Is what you want a grid layout of results, because the only way I can see that this easily be done is to use this method:

As we do not have a specific integration for Genesis or the theme you are using.
