We’re using Search and Filter Pro on our site (https://www.staging.stream-cp.com/available-properties/). We’re noticing that some search results were missing. To replicate the issue, either select “Retail” from the “Property Type” filter or search for Walgreens. There should be 11 Walgreens that show. Only 6 are shown.
When you first load the site, you’ll see all 11 Walgreens as you scroll down the page.
I’ve rebuilt the cache, but that didn’t change anything.
Any help would be greatly appreciated.

Trevor(Private) June 5, 2020 at 11:07 am #247575As an afterthought, for those that are ‘missing’, do they have a value set in the fields that are sliders (Price and/or Cap Rate), as, if they have no value, they will be excluded from the search. This only happens with sliders. If you set the form so that you can see the query (make the search so it can be bookmarked), you will see that as soon as you search, the slider default min and max are added. The only way to get around this and keep the sliders is to set these posts to have 0 in those fields where they have no value, or to make sure they always have a value.
Anonymous(Private) June 5, 2020 at 2:06 pm #247658Thanks Trevor. Setting those fields to “0” does allow them to display in the filter. The issue now is that the price and cap rate filters are now inaccurate. Some properties don’t have prices or cap rates, so they shouldn’t be included when filtering by price and cap rate. If we set those fields to 0, they are displayed when using those filters. Is there another way around the issue?
Thanks again for your help.

Trevor(Private) June 5, 2020 at 2:13 pm #247664The only alternative is to set the data so that it reflects ranges, or have additional fields that do that, so that they can be selected using a dropdown select.
We do plan to improve the range slider functionality for V3 to overcome this, but that is many weeks away yet (we had intended for this month, but it looks like that may slip back to late summer).
