I will get back to this tomorrow (yes, on the weekend 🙁 ), but for now take a look at this post:

Trevor(Private) November 14, 2016 at 10:43 am #70098It would rather depend whether it is the theme or the plugin that is first performing the wp_query filter for the plugin to then use in its loop. Have you tried adding the search form to the page, and in the Results URL, add the slug for the page (
prufusida2
).My guess is, that without S&F, the theme will run the initial query, and, if no filter is set in the portfolio plugin, that will simply render as is. The key to the Archives method working is to know which Template the theme uses for that page, and to be able to modify the arguments passed to the wp_query. The archives method will try to do that automatically,as long as you tell it which template to use.
Trevor(Private) November 24, 2016 at 2:19 pm #72119This is getting a bit complicated for me to visualize. I opened the search form and the page. The search form looks OK, but I do not see it on the page?
Are we able to do this over Skype? I am sure it will be quicker, assuming your English is OK? From the website, do I guess you are in Iceland? Someone I know has tried to teach me some basic Icelandic before (her name is Anna), but I failed 🙁
