Looking at the search form, you have 3 settings ON (checked) here:

The first two require the free Relevanssi plugin to be installed, activated and setup/indexed, but it is not. This will likely cause the search to fail.
Also, why is the Force is_search setting ON? It is not likely that you need this.
Can you try the form with all 3 settings OFF?
