    Hi,

    I am using this plugin and have configured it really well.

    The only thing I need is the responsiveness. How can I make it responsive?

    I am unsure what you mean. Responsiveness comes from the CSS that you apply to the page and elements on the page. We cannot make a form responsive with the code being designed for your layouts and theme.
