Thanks for contacting us 🙂 As a result of your information, we have added this notice to the ‘Your Account’ page (this does affect renewals, as you say):
Notice: changing some settings in Your Account can take up to 15 minutes to display, if you do not see your changes, please check back after a short period.
That should help others with the same issue. Your account now shows as active. My apologies for the problem.
