Hi Ross. Here is the response from WP ALL IMPORT:
———
I’ve copied their code (I added “pre” tags to make the output more readable and also output product_tag taxonomy terms) here: http://sympathetic-wolverine.w6.wpsandbox.pro/?upass=Uh5kxOV9k6E4, but the described issue isn’t happening – the categories/tags are ready when the pmxi_saved_post hook fires. Is it possible that there’s a conflict/cache issue? What happens if you run a conflict test ( http://www.wpallimport.com/documentation/troubleshooting/plugin-theme-conflicts/ ) and clear the site/server cache before running the import?
If you’d like, and if they’re willing, feel free to CC the person you’re working with so that they can look at my message and advise further on how we can replicate the problem on the demo site above.
———Does it help at all or do I need to clarify anything with them?
