    I recently purchased Search & filter single license and downloaded the files. Unfortunately, the files were wiped away on my computer and I lost them. Is there any way I can download it again? I have gone to My Account and this is what is listed:

    ID Date Amount Details Invoice License Keys
    #20941 July 7, 2015 $20.00 Abandoned » Generate Invoice –

    Why would this say “Abandoned” if I know that I purchased it and downloaded it? How can I get the files again? I really need them to finish my project.

    Hey Scott thats certainly odd.

    Can you supply your license key in a private reply and I’ll see if I can track down the issue?
