    Same here, great to speak with you. Yes we are going through the plugins one by one to see where the conflict might be. I’ll let you know when we find it.

    Hi Trevor, I disabled all the plugins but it still didn’t work. I changed the theme to Twenty Sixteen with no effect. I ran the plugin detective and it came up with no problems, said it didn’t seem to relate to any plugin.

    I have seen there are many people having problems with the range slider in the forum. Is this something related to the newest update of the plugin?

    What can I do?
