Hello Trevor,
I was testing again the filter and now the prohibition sign appears again when I clik in any check box. That is why you selected both products and asp-product in the configuration at the beggining. If you select only “products” everything works fine but I have that Prohibition sign. If you select both product type then the sign desappear but result don´t shows correctly. How can we fixed that?
Anonymous(Private) November 11, 2019 at 11:13 am #226195No, I am afraid I don’t know what plugin use asp-product. As far as I know, none of them. You can go to my dashboard to check it out. Dashboard access I sent you before is still alive.
In case you can’t find if there is any plugin that use asp-product. Could be possible with some code just hide the prohibition sign, since apart from that everything seems to work fine?Anonymous(Private) November 11, 2019 at 11:41 am #226215I am doing some more test and I see that for example when I click in “matificante” there is only 1 result, wich is ok. But at the end of the page there are more pages with products to show (that not match the search I did) see screenshot: https://www.ia-incosmetics.com/wp-content/uploads/2019/11/mas-busqueda.jpg
This is a little crazy. Only works fine the filter when using both product type, but then the results are shown of a giant size…
Trevor(Private) November 13, 2019 at 3:48 pm #226521OK. That took a while to find. The asp-products custom post type is Stripe Payments:

With that option disabled:

You do not have the issue, but no products show?
What happens if you deactivate that plugin?
