Our site is using Search & Filter Pro, being bilingual through the WPML plugin.
Although, using a search and filter widget, it seems to not be functionning with the categories and tags we created. It does not seem to find all the articles and pages it is supposed to. We had to remove the Tag search field since it wasn’t working at all, and the category one doesn’t seem to work properly. I can’t seem to find what causes this problem.
Also, when we are supposed to have more than one page results, the “Previous” link brings to an empty page and there is no “Next” page.

Ross Moderator(Private) March 9, 2015 at 1:47 pm #13101Hi there
Please use the “your account” section to download the latest version – I’ve been having problems with updates via the WP dashboard which I’m working on fixing at the moment.
Thanks
Ross Moderator(Private) March 14, 2015 at 8:23 pm #13448Hey Reptic, you must use FTP, and replace the plugin from the plugins folder – with the updated version,
Automatic updates have been working again for the last week so you should be able to do it that way too.
Thanks
Anonymous(Private) March 16, 2015 at 3:15 pm #13518I updated the plugin, it doesn’t resolve the issue. I have abolutely no results using the keywords search. When I use the category search, it seems I have results but I have no “Next” link so I can’t access to all the results. Plus, the “Previous” link leads to an empty page.
Ross Moderator(Private) March 16, 2015 at 3:27 pm #13521Hey there
I took a quick look – you’re right something seems to be up
just so you know, keyword search does work – eg – http://www.reptic.qc.ca/recherche-base/?_sf_s=potentiel – but it seems the dropdowns do not.
Something may be interfering with the search results – and the pagination – as I’ve not had this problem before.
Do you have a development version of the site? Or could you setup a site with the same plugins/theme and some sample content?
The reason I ask because this is how I would like to proceed:
1) Disable all other plugins – check if its working?
2) Change theme to default 2015 or similar – is it working?
3) If still no – then I will need admin access & possibly FTP details and I will need to do some serious debugging to find the issue. Thanks
Anonymous(Private) March 16, 2015 at 3:35 pm #13522We have a copy site but it is not up to date. And I have been told if I activate the plugin ont the copy site, i twill cause it to not work on the main site. I don’t have the same plugins on both sites and the wordpress version on the copy site isn’t up to date either. It could be an incompatible plugin that causes this?
I could create an temporary Admin account for you. For the FTP, it should be through the host site.
The Admin section of the site is in french though.Anonymous(Private) March 16, 2015 at 3:41 pm #13523By the way you tried the input term search fild. the tag dropdown search has been disabled until the issue is resolved. We used to have a search by dropdown list like the category one.
In english it seems to be working differently but all the results are on the same page.
