Good Morning,
we acquired Search & filter PRO but we are having a problem with the detection of meta data from the ACF (advanced custom fields), on top of that, when we apply a filter the posts widget turns gray and does not load or filter.

You appear to be using Elementor Pro. There is an additional extension you should be using, which can be downloaded from the top of this guide (you must be logged in to see the link), and also you must follow the guide:
