    I think. The failed and pending ones will simply drop off our system over time, but in any case, generally can’t be completed (I don’t think), so all you do is start over.

    Hi Jose

    Goto you checkout and clear everything out.

    Then, goto purchase single site again, and add to cart.

    Now, on the checkout page, you will see a “renewing a license” button? Enter you existing license key there and your discount will be applied.
