    Hi everyone

    Over the last few months we’ve been experiencing errors on our site – mostly huge slowdowns (taking 30secs or more to load a page) and internal server errors.

    We’ve been talking with our host and getting no where fast – so, if any of you are having problems, can you leave a comment here (providing you are able) and we’ll do our best to help you out.

    It would be really useful for us to get an idea of how widespread this problem is, and how frequently it is occurring – so please do let us know by leaving a note here or in any tickets you have open.

    At this stage we’re tearing our hair out and if issues don’t get resolved soon will be looking for a new host (uggghhhh).

    Update – moved the site over to a new host (WP Engine) and have to say its working out well so far – hope you can notice the speed difference 🙂
