    I understand. You are using ‘Category’ three times in the form.

    You need to separate out groups of terms into separate custom taxonomies (so, Duree, Lieux and Activites). In general, you can use a particular Taxonomy, such as Category, (or Tags, each Custom Taxonomy and each Custom Field) only once in the form. This post tries to explain this a bit better (you can use a plugin to switch category terms from category to any new taxonomy that you make, so it is not so hard to do). It is a really awful preachy lecture I wrote:

    Where does the excerpt text come from? It is Elementor that makes the grid content, not our plugin.
