    I purchased a license for a Search & Filter Pro – Single Site License and have confirmed via Paypal the transaction completed. I sent the Transaction ID to Rostam’s hotmail account. I’ve gotten no email with a Pro plugin or activation code?

    I need to get this plugin installed. Please help?

    Update…I received the link but I get a “No payments matching your request were found.” I can clearly see where my PayPal was charged. Can you please check the link from the automated email and re-send a link that works? Thanks.

    I went ahead and opened a dispute with PayPal so you can see which transaction I am referring to. The download link does not work but the payment has been made. Please provide a working link/license or refund the purchase price. Thanks.

    Hi Tony

    We’re not open on weekends I’m afraid so only getting back in touch now.

    For some reason the payment failed, it even says the one from yesterday did not go through properly as it was being reviewed by PayPal (before your dispute).

    Can you cancel the dispute so I can check through what the actual status of yesterdays payment was?
