    Hi,
    I would like to add a next and previous button on the post detail page (single.php) based on the search results.

    Is this possible?

    This has been asked many times, but it would probably require some use of transients to store the list of Post IDs that forms the results list, and our plugin does not (yet) have the facility to use transients.

    Transients should come in V3, but that may be many months yet to come for that feature, and even then it might require some coding to do this. Having said that, you are not the first to ask, so it may be something we focus on sooner rather than later.
