    Hello,

    No matter what number I save for the Posts Per Page setting on any of my Filters, once I update/publish the filter, the number changes back to 0

    Hopefully it should not. It depends how they do the certificate.

    As to the sites registering, our cache has to refresh before they appear, and that is done every few minutes. So, yes, there will be a delay.
