Hi again! Sorry to keep bothering you, but you have been very helpful so far. I’m hoping you can help me properly configure my Post Meta search value.
My desired functionality is having a hidden “Post Meta” value that is just a viewed counter to determine most popular posts.
I want to be able to use this as a filter from an anchor using a URL. I found that you can do ranges but that isn’t what I want. I tried this and a few other settings and search results seem to want to load from lowest count to highest count and only within that select range.
The desired functionality would be that I could load all posts that have any value at all in that Post Meta count. Then I need to sort those by highest value to lowest value. I need to make sure that this works so that filtering and search terms still work as well.
Do you know of a way I could accomplish this? Thank you again so much for your time.

I don’t want this always to be active is my problem. I would like to only have it filtered and sorted descending by post count when I pass a URL query string value (or alternatively click a button on the search bar that would in turn add the query string to the URL). Would wind up having to create an entirely new Search with new template and all to get this functionality to work?
Thanks again! I know this is very specific but it seems like its ALMOST there and it would be amazing to have it working properly.
