Post Meta Not working

Hi. I may be doing this incorrectly, but I can’t get the Post Meta to work and now I am getting 500 errors. I am using your plugin and ACF (Advanced Custom Fields). I’ve created fields in ACN (Select & Checkbox), selected these on the pages and posts, then built the search using post metas for the fields…I select the field key…it doesn’t auto discover the options, so I enter them…and I am using shortcode for placement of the search and it’s results…and it doesn’t work. Can you help me?

Check to be SURE you’ve selected the correct ACF post-meta field from the list of available fields….ACF creates TWO fields for every custom field you create with it, one has an underscore at the beginning (e.g. If you’ve created a custom field named Event Date with a slug of event-date, ACF creates both event-date and _event-date)…..choose the one that DOESN’T have the underscore.

Trisha is right, the first step is to make sure you are using the correct meta field.

The “auto suggest” option should find some results, if it cannot, this is likely an indication of your problem.
