    For some reason, the datepicker javascript is not being applied to the fields, but no error is showing in the browser console.

    I can see the jQuery UI Datepicker 1.11.4 being loaded OK to your page, and I can see the script to apply that to the fields being loaded. So either something is unsetting the jquery, or there is a plugin conflict.

    Can you try deactivating almost all plugins to see if that fixes it?
