Hi,
I have created a custom post type “mandarin resources” with PODS and created several custom taxonomy (categories) associated with this post e.g. KS3, HSK3, Jinbu1, Jinbu 2 etc. I would like to be able to search through the posts using these categories. I added these 2 lines of code to the page where I want the table to show as per the instructions
[searchandfilter id=”169824″]
[searchandfilter slug=”169824″ show=”results”]When I preview the page, the form displays just fine but when I try to sort by category it makes no difference. What am I doing wrong? The search bar itself is also not working when I try to search for a particular post.
Sorry for the completely basic question but I am not an IT person, know no coding and completely new to WordPress. Just trying to create a page for our institute where I work.
Many thanks,

Thanks for all your help. The form started to work just fine and did so for a good few days then suddenly when I try to view the page it’s giving me this error:
There has been a critical error on your website.
Learn more about debugging in WordPress.
I notice that all other pages are working perfectly fine and even on my Mandarin Resources page when I remove the Search & Filter form it works fine but as soon as I add the S&F shortcode in, it starts giving me this error. I’m assuming this is something to do with S&F?
Thanks,
Meher -
