Hi there!
Currently having a problem, when having no filters active on the Woo-archive page the pagination works, but if I check a product category it does not.It does not change page so to speak, but if I enter the pagination URL manually it says “No products found”.
The site is a closed customer portal.

Ah ok.
Looking forward to that.
Another thing, at the moment the categories are acting weird as well.
Some did not show up unless being main category, and some other things.
Maybe related to the fact that the client has 320 categories… We are getting rid of all children and hopefully it will get better, as it is way to messy to search for anything now. We told the client this and they are going over the categories to see which ones we can remove. ๐Regards,

It is always better to have multiple custom taxonomies and/or custom fields. Good themes will handle the creation and display of user created custom taxonomies and custom fields with ease (especially in loops/grids/archives/results pages).
Utility plugins exist to move terms around with relative ease. When choosing themes, the LAST area of focus should be the appearance, the first focus should be data (terms) structure and handling, then menus, then appearance.

Yeah, we noticed that, hence we are kind of forcing the customer to rethink the categories, so we won’t have anything else than a few categories combined with product types.
We tried making them change their mind earlier but did not succeed until now. ๐Regards,
Anonymous(Private) June 16, 2017 at 8:36 am #115352Hey, yeah I saw the post. Like I said, we are waiting for the customer to redo the categories and then we will only have one level, and combining this with the Product type taxonomy we will probably see an improvment in the whole site.
Anyway, is this related to the pagination problem you think or is that something else?
