Im not sure when this started, S&FP was working great, but now we have some pagination issues.
We have the results set to display as an archive, and when you visit that page the pagination links are built as:
https://truthaboutporn.org/study/?sf_paged=2
With the number at the end ?sf_paged=2 corresponding to each page. So as long as I’m not actively using the filters it works. If I filter by 1 dimension, eg a single category(custom taxonomy), the pagination links are built as:
https://truthaboutporn.org/study/?_sft_study_topics=mental-healthpage/2/
With the page number in a different format, page/2/, but appended to the end of the url query string, and that obviously doesn’t work(loads no results found because the custom taxonomy slug has been appended). If I cut/paste this page format to read:
https://truthaboutporn.org/study/page/2/?_sft_study_topics=mental-health
the correct set of results load.If I filter by 2 different dimensions, eg. a category and a tag, the pagination links all look like:
https://truthaboutporn.org/study/?_sft_study_categories=individual&_sft_study_topics=addiction
With no page number inserted anywhere.Your plugin has been incredibly useful and we would love to keep using it. Help would be greatly appreciated.
Thanks.
Anonymous(Private) January 8, 2019 at 6:36 pm #198450I updated to WP5.0 in the beginning of December and since our site uses WPB Page Builder (a modified version packaged with our theme, Salient) had to update both our theme and the WPB plugin to work with the new inclusion of Gutenberg. I thought everything was working fine but was just made aware of the pagination not working when filtered.
I was using S&FP 2.4.5 until i realized the pagination wasn’t working yesterday, and update to the latest you have available on your site, 2.4.6 – but this didn’t help with the pagination issue.
I also installed the ‘Search & Filter Pro – WP Bakery Page Builder’ plugin you have available, didn’t know if that would help – it didn’t seem to have any affect.
Trevor(Private) January 8, 2019 at 6:40 pm #198452Do you have version 0.1.1 of our addon?
If you do not, this is the download link:

Anonymous(Private) January 8, 2019 at 6:40 pm #198454I did just find something: In our theme options under blog we there is an option to ‘Display Pagination Numbers’ or not. We had that turned on. Turning that option off corrects the pagination issue, and all pagination links are now formatted as ?sf_paged=2
Ross Moderator(Private) January 8, 2019 at 6:43 pm #198457Does that have any other affect on your site, or break anything?
Thanks
Anonymous(Private) January 8, 2019 at 6:59 pm #198461I just changes the way page numbers are displayed. At first glance it looks like everything else works the same.
I was just using the page numbers help show how many and where in the field of results you were. This new page navigation format works for us, I just need to tie into S&FP on the archive template to display the number of results and what is currently displaying, eg adding text to the top of the results that reads something like, “Showing 1-10 of 51”. Is that possible?
Thanks for your help.
