    Dear,

I’ve implemented Search & Filter Pro on different search pages.

At first I had chosen Ajax but finally I switch to a conventional reload of the page.

I switched on Pagination in the Posts module in Elementor, a simple Previous – Next pagination.
The issue is that it’s not working.

When reloading the page, it shows the same items all over again.

I’ve left the bug on this page so that you can tell me how to fix it:

You will see that https://cartoongoodies.com/search-png-images/2 is the same as /1
(FYI, the search form is not auto-submitted)

    Please help me fix this.

    Best,

    Frédérick

Ok. I am at your ticket now.

I have made a few changes. I can see that Elementor does not use the standard WordPress pagination code to make Previous/Next links, but does use the standard WordPress code to make the numbers.

I have set it to numbers and it works. For now, that will have to be the solution. I also enabled Ajax in the form, and added the necessary (modified) JavaScript to the text element above the grid so that Ajax can work.

Actually, I’ve deactivated the Ajax reload since there’s just one little issue (which I can’t fix myself, maybe you can help). When it reloads via Ajax, it doesn’t load the destination link of the thumbnail (which leads to the details about the image), so it’s not usable. I had already noticed that behaviour with ajax-powered infinite scrolling.
If you have any idea to fix this, most welcome.
If you need me to reopen an admin access to have a look, just let me know.
In the meantime, it’s working with hard reload of the page.
