    Here’s what we have:

    Search & Filter v 1.2.9 – NOT active, just installed onto site (I can try uninstalling on my local version if you think it may help)
    Search & Filter Pro v 2.1.2 – active, should be the one we’re actually using

    I think they are just regular versions, not dev versions (but I’m also not 100% certain, as a prior developer did the install). Thank you!

    Unfortunately I did not receive it. I checked my spam folder just now as well and I definitely don’t have it.

    Got it this time! You did end up in Spam with a “malicious” warning but I suppose that can’t be helped when sending these files. I will report back with results, hopefully at some point today or tomorrow. Thank you!
