    Hi, I have created two forms, but when I try to select them in DIVI Search & Filter module, I see only the first…
    Is this a bug?

    Do they both have the same name?

    Duplicating can sometimes cause issues like this.

    It may be necessary to revert to the method we had before we made the addon plugin for Divi. It is still in Beta right now. See the old instructions here (no need for the addon plugin, so remove that):
