I’ve started using your plugin and I want to find out why for some reason, the search filter is only displaying a maximum of 2 results even though it’s been set to show 10 posts per page.

I also wanted to find out how I can get my search results to display similar to Educare Resources. Any help towards achieving this would be greatly appreciated.

The link to my search form on my website is:
    https://chinaraenterprises.com/resources/

    Thanks

    A number of issues.

#1 You are not using the additional Divi extension plugin from us but I think this might be better for you – the link (a blue button) to download it is at the top of this guide (which you also need to read and carefully follow):

#2 You are searching four Post Types:

    Posts
    Courses
    Lessons
    Topics

Do you need to be searching all four? The problem is that you have Category and Tag in your form, but WordPress uses these for Posts only (they should not really be used for any other Post Type). So, be settings includes:

You will exclude any Courses, Lessons or Topics. Also, having two lines of includes will reduce the number of results.

So, IF you need to have all four post types, using taxonomies to store the terms (and Category and Tag are taxonomies, as well as any custom taxonomies you or any plugin may have made) and be able to search across all four post types in one search is not possible. Instead, you need to make two custom fields (I would suggest using the free Advanced Custom Fields plugin to do this), because, with custom fields you can assign them to more than one Post Type.

#3 You should not need to have these set:

The Found xxx part is within the template we use for the Shortcode method, but isn’t available inside the Divi Blog module, I am sorry.
