In the form design, what is it (Results per page) set to?

Also, in the WordPress reading settings, how many blog posts per page is that set to?

Something else must be settings this. Either another plugin (try deactivating plugins, or a pre_get_posts function in the functions.php file.

It will not be Search & Filter Pro making the 3 per page setting, no. It will be something else. Without S&F Pro, Elementor is controlling it, but when we link S&F Pro and Elementor, it stops Elementor from setting the posts per page, but I think it is allowing something else to take control. are there any other post listings on the page (like another grid, recent posts, etc)?

    No , only elementor .
I had check per page for elementor.

We need to somehow identify where the issues are coming from. Can you make a (new) simple/basic test page and a duplicate of the form in question, but changed to Using a Shortcode display results method, with the Results URL set to that new test page, and see if the results match what the existing form shows?

The documentation on how to use this method is here:
