One Filter works, other filer does not work

Hi, We have just started using this with the Beaver Builder addon.

We have setup a filter to sort posts from a custom CPT “Our Designs”

The we have setup are “Bedrooms” & “Bathrooms” and these are ACF fields.

The Bedrooms filter works correctly but the bathrooms filter does not work at all?
