Hi there,

I have a bug that is only happening on our staging site. I have Ajax enabled and using the custom option to display the results. This works fine on my development site and our production site. However, for some reason on our staging site when the filter is applied rather than just updating the div it jumps to the top of the page. I know this is near impossible to troubleshoot without being able to see the site live but I’m just taking a shot in the dark.

I do have the latest version of the plugin.

What theme are you using?

Also check for javascript errors in the console.

Thank you for your speedy response!

I am using the reverie theme with a child. I am not seeing any console errors and the required scripts seem to be loading. This issue is exclusive to our staging site which is a replicate of production.

That is very odd. Did you replicate TO the staging site? If so, make a new form (don’t use copy/clone/duplicate) and try with that.

It is odd! It’s the type of bug that makes you bananas. I created a new form for both the staging and production sites. I have a new form that I created on my dev, I’m recreating it on stage now to see if it behaves the same as the other form.

It’s the form. I recreated another filter on stage and it works as expected. I’ll likely just remove the buggy form and recreate.

Some methods of duplication and migration mess up the process and so the form gets broken. I will mark this as sorted.
