On search bar, hitting enter clears field

I know it has to do with using the Ajax function, but is there a workaround to not having the search bar clear itself if a user types and then hits enter? Here’s the site i’m working with: http://npflexjobs.wpengine.com/company/

I see what you mean – however S&F is not clearing the search bar – I think this has to do with your theme.
