Number ranges in a dropdown?

Have you tried the dropdown input type, in the post meta field, in the number tab??

Under the Number tab, the “Input type” options are only these four:

Range – Slider
Range – Number
Range – Radio
Range – Checkbox

There’s no mention of a dropdown option…

Ohhh! I think I may have coded this, if so it’ll be released in the next update…

You get one dropdown, which will have the same labels as the range radio option above.

I’ll let you know when I get a minute – working through a backlog of support at the moment.

Oooo I really need this feature too, I can get round this for the time being but look forward to the next release having this in!! the plugin is great btw, best WordPress search plugin for sure.

This will be available in the next update (sometime in the next week along with other bugfixes).

Just to note, this is not a minimum dropdown and maximum dropdown – this is a single dropdown with the same formatting as for the radio option.

I think min / max dropdowns would be good to add so considering it for the next major release hopefully end of March.

That’s awesome Ross – the single dropdown containing all the options currently showing as separate radio buttons, will really solve my layout issues. Much more compact.

Looking forward to the upgrade whenever it’s ready!
