    Do you mean that you added a new language to Polylang, so you already had Polylang working with Search & Filter and more than one language, but the new language has caused the problem?

    Or, do you mean that enabling Polylang with just one (the site default) language worked OK until you added one extra language, then it did not work?

    I mean enabling Polylang with just one language. If I remove all languages but leave the plugin enabled (like it was before) it’s working fine.

    Did you make sure, even with just the one language, that the form and all the posts and taxonomies and custom fields are all ‘translated’ (under the control of Polylang)?
