    I upgraded to the Pro version and the the widgets no longer display. I have tried with and without the original (non-Pro) version activate, nothing works. If I deactivate the Pro version the basic version works again.

    The Pro and free versions work a bit differently. The shortcode for the free version will not work with the pro version. You need to make and design the form and search filters etc in the Pro version. Check out the documentation for getting started:
