Hi,
I am using CustomPress by WPMUDEV to create my custom post types. I have created ‘Services’ with a custom taxonomy of ‘service_type’
I have tried to display this using the Taxonomy widget and dropdown. However, my service_type taxonomies are not showing in the dropdown. Am I missing something?
Also, I would really prefer to use the checkbox option but that doesn’t display either.
Here’s my site:

Do those terms actually have any results? Try assigning some posts (or custom posts) to some service types.
Also check to see if
hide_empty
is enabled on the form.Thanks
Anonymous(Private) May 1, 2015 at 10:05 am #16371Hi Ross, the plugin was deactivated yesterday when you had a look. It is activated again now so you can see what it’s doing. http://pixeldapper.net/etude/services/
There are posts under services and I have allocated various different ‘service types’ to them but they aren’t appearing in the dropdown. I have uploaded a screenshot of the backend underneath the search results so you can see.
hide_empty was not activated. I have tried activating it but it hasn’t changed anything. Should it be active?

I believe you updated WordPress recently? You must also update S&F to V1.4.3 – as this includes some updates for the new WP 4.2.2
Thanks
