    I have added some post categories and subcategories too. but when I updated my plugin shortcode with an order or even try it with the hierarchy method but both of them did not work and my categories are not being displayed on my site.

    Are you able to send me a live link/URL to your search page so I can take a look?

    Can you give me some details as to what is missing or what I should be looking for/at?

    I assume that you have used these new categories on posts already?

    I think that you are using here the free version of our plugin. This support forum is for the pro version, so I would need you to install that version (you can download it from Your Account) and then make a form in that, and replace the shortcode on the current page with the one from the form you will have just made.

    No, I am using pro plugin. I have downloaded it with payment. I can’t share screenshot here but its the paid version. Kindly check it again
