Q. Is it possible that after selecting a filter element and searching for an automatic view the page was still the same, and did not scroll the page to the top?
A. There is a setting for this, but some themes may interfere:

Q. When adding a function with hiding empty labels with empty TERMS is planned adding?
A. This is planned for V3. I do not have a release schedule. V3.0 will have the main features, but other features may not be until later releases (3.1, 3.2 etc.). My best estimate for 3.0 is Spring 2019, but I cannot guarantee that.
