Not pulling relevanssi results - Search & Filter Support

Just updated to the newest S&F version, but I’m encountering a problem with Relevanssi integration. I notice that there is a bug with the current version of Relevanssi – but I’m using Relevanssi Premium 1.13.5 and am not returning the Relevanssi relevance sorted posts.
