    I see what you describe.

    How are the chiptuning posts added to the database? Are they manually added, or auto added with an import plugin?

    If you are using an import plugin, it might not be triggering the WordPress save_post method and so our plugin will not know that the post has been imported. What plugin are you using?

    You can test this theory by editing that chiptuning post and simply updating (saving it), then performing the search.

    Did you try rebuilding the cache in the form (it may take a while, with the number of posts you have)?
