No results with avada theme

Hello,

there are not results on my avada theme. defined a page ectra for seaching, posted [searchandfilter id=”11723″]
[searchandfilter id=”11723″ show=”results”]
inside but no results. What is wrong?

Search for Avada – it appears more than once.

Thnaks but I need to use it as shortcode. there is only a description regarding a search page, is this impossible by shortcode?

Please be patient when anticipating replies. We are UK based and offer support (subject to workload) Monday – Friday 10am – 5pm GMT.

That I replied to your OP ‘out of hours’ (and again now) should not be taken that we can always do so.

A search of this forum for the search phrase avada shortcode yields many results and reading those threads should suggest that others have it working.

Can I see a live URL to your search page?

I am still testing on a localhost. But what do I need to do for using only as shortcode? There are many pages (also category pages) I want to use the shortcode inside the category description. How can I do it. Unfortunately it does not work at all :(((
