I’m having again some issues with filters.
In this page http://www.mantellassi.com/rivestimenti/ I get no results at all for the two categories. But there are actually items in both. E.g. http://www.mantellassi.com/category/pelle/
Is there something I can try? I already rebuilt the cache.
    Thanks

    Hi Evelina

It sounds like now you might have some conflicting settings.

Ensure you are using the right taxonomies and then ensure that the two tabs Tags, Categories & Taxonomies and the Post Meta tab have all their settings removed.

Then rebuild the cache and try again.

Let me know how you get on.

    Thanks

I removed the settings from “Tags, Categories & Taxonomies” tab and rebuilt the cache. Now I see 1 results in category “Pelle” (even if there are a lot more items), but when I select it, I get “no results”.

Any clue? I’m using a very basic feature of the module but I cannot trust it… I can’t see how can I use the module right now…
    Thanks

    Hey Evelina

Do you have “auto count” enabled? This will display an accurate count value rather than the fixed one set by WP.

If you are getting lots of 0 when you enable auto count then there is something wrong in your setup.

Either the cache hasn’t completed building or something else is interfering with the plugin (I believe this is most likely the cause).

Unfortunately I would recommend to disable all other plugins, and re-enable one by one until you find the culprit.

    Thanks

I already have autocount enabled and I rebuilt the cache multiple times. It was working and then it stopped working correctly, only thing changed was the actual items and the category filter added…
Anyway I disabled the only plugin added after the point in which everything was working (and rebuilt the cache) and nothing changed. I will try and disabled all the plugins, but this is something I had already done in the past. It’s starting to be a little annoying…

    Hey Evelina

I understand your frustrations – and to me its quite boggling how you’ve had the issues you’ve had in teh different environments.

Would you be able to provide admin details so I can take another look?

    Thanks
