No Results Found – search results not showing

Hi There,

I recently installed the plugin and I am having problems making the results show up. I followed the installation results to the letter, and still all I get is “No Results Found”.

I tried another plugin (WP Ultimate Search) and the results showed up fine, but I like the features and the flexibility of Search and Filter Pro better.

I would need to see how you have set the page up. The url looks like a page you made for the search?

Try with the General Tab set to AND and not OR.

Also, the Adult Education is set up wrong I think. See how the tag name starts with an underscore and the data in the select box in the Search page itself is a field ID?

Try looking further down the list in the setup select box for the same name but without the underscore.

I did that before and all the counts became zero. What would that mean?

And yes, no results.

I also noticed that there was this message when caching:

“Search results will only contain posts when caching has completed.”

Does this mean the search function is not indexing pages and media types?

Our search uses a cache to actually find the results, as opposed to searching the actual posts each time. That cache has to build fully when you are on the build search form page.
